original and largely intact 1962 marina city (bertrand goldberg, 1964-68) prospectus showcasing the building’s distinctive architectural elements with floor plans, site layouts, models, and photographs.
the uniquely designed prospectus includes an embossed cover, saddle-stitched booklet with varied paper types, a fold-out building model, blank rental applications, and an interior planning aid with scale furniture pieces.
it totals 28 pages (12 x 12″), with small tears, wear and light foxing on inner gridded sleeve.
photographic images of bertrand goldberg’s marina city taken before, during, and after it’s completion in 1968.
there must be nearly a hundred original 8 x 10 prints and glass negatives in this collection.
