the urban remains showroom and bldg. 51 museum (housed and periodically on display in river north, west town, and fulton market) will continue calling 1820 west grand avenue home for the forseeable future. the number of acquisitions in 2024 has grown considerably in 2025 – both for the gallery and museum – so in addition to remaining parked at existing location, we are actively exploring other regions across the country and abroad to offer for sale and exhibit some of the finest and historically important american architectural artifacts and ephemera associated with residential and commerical buildings (both extant and non-extant) built between 1830-1980.
