eric j. nordstrom of urban remains and the bld. 51 museum archive has spent nearly a year carefully photodocumenting the interiors and exrteriors of prime group’s portfolio of historic buildings located in downtown chicago. a small selection of images from the nearly year-long (ongoing) project are provided above. details pertaining to each and every building will be shared in great detail in future posts.
the prime group, inc. is a prominent chicago-based real estate owner, developer, and operator specializing in major urban commercial, residential, and hospitality projects. the company was founded in 1982 by michael w. reschke, who serves as its chairman and ceo.
